Copenhagen MatchUp 2024 will take place over two days, with the option to just participate in the parts that fit your schedule.

Day 1 – April 29th


Online 1:1 matchmaking meetings (09:00 to 21:00 CET)

The first day of Copenhagen MatchUp will have a full meeting schedule running the whole day allowing participants from across the World to be a part of the event from their own office, using the MeetToMatch platform to browse and book meetings.

Private Studio Meetings on-site in Copenhagen (09:00 – 14:30 CET)

If you’re attending the event on-site in Copenhagen, you will have the opportunity to book meetings with a wide range of Copenhagen-based developers, who have opened their doors for you to meet them on their home turf for slightly longer meetings. 

Investor Dinner on-site in Copenhagen (19:00 – 22:00 CET)

The invite-only investor dinner is returning this year. An evening reserved for investors and publishers to enjoy a delicious dinner in the company of their peers.

 

Day 2 – April 30th

Welcome and panel discussion about investing in the Danish Games Industry (Moltkes Palæ, Dronningens Tværgade 2) (10:00 – 11:00 CET)

To kick off the on-site matchmaking we are hosting a panel discussion about investing in games in Denmark at the historic Moltke’s Mansion in the heart of Copenhagen. The panel will discuss current conditions, challenges, opportunities and what can be done to improve things. After the panel we open for questions.

After the panel discussion, we move to a full day of physical 1:1 meetings, pre-booked through the MeetToMatch system. Lunch, snacks, and refreshments included.

 
Spilprisen – National Danish Game Awards on-site in Copenhagen (20:00 – 23:00 CET)

For those interested, the annual Danish Game Awards, Spilprisen, also takes place this evening, with free access for the on-site investor & publisher participants.
